Extraordinary Toroidal Vortices

Extraordinary and beautiful examples of toroidal vortices produced by dolphins, beluga whales, humpb Extraordinary and beautiful examples of toroidal vortices produced by dolphins, beluga whales, humpback whales, volcanoes, hydrogen/atomic bombs, and Man. A toroidal vortex, also called a vortex ring, is a region of rotating fluid moving through the same or different fluid where the flow pattern takes on a toroidal (doughnut) shape. The movement of the fluid is about the poloidal or circular axis of the doughnut, in a twisting vortex motion. Examples of this phenomenon are a smoke ring or a microburst. Vortex rings were first mathematically analysed by the German physicist Hermann von Helmholtz, in his paper of 1867 On Integrals of the Hydrodynamical Equations which Express Vortex-motion Smoke rings have probably been observed since antiquity since they can easily be blown from the mouth. en.wikipedia.org ***Toroidal animation that appears at the beginning and end (and the 'fibration' animation at 2:55) were created by Paul Nylander (bugman123.com ***The 17 second clip of the humpback whale bubble rings shown from 1:56 to 2:13 is from danthewhaleman (The Whale Video Company).*** www.youtube.com www.whalevideo.com Music "Beautiful Being" by Eastern Sun Dolphin footage originally uploaded by: www.youtube.com Etna smoke rings originally uploaded by: www.youtube.com And check this video out: "Five men at atomic ground zero" (and directly witness atomic toroidal vortex) www.youtube.com Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for ... A light broken layer a few hundred feet off the ground provided a gorgeous view of wake vortices! Shot with Canon Rebel T2i/550d through a 55-250mm lens. Audio taken with a Zoom H1, synced in Corel Pro X4. The H1 and T2i were both mounted on a home-made fig rig. Length: 00:00:34

Sanderson, a naturalist and paranormal investigator. Sanderson first coined the term, "Vile Vortices"1 in his article "The Twelve Devil's Graveyards Around the World" (Saga magazine, 1972). The best-known Vile Vortices are the Bermuda Triangle, the Dragon's Triangle (Devil's Sea), and the South Atlantic Anomaly. However, each of these twelve geographic areas is credited with instances of magnetic anomalies and other unexplained phenomena. Plotting the Vile Vortices Ivan T. Sanderson, the founder of the Society for the Investigation of the Unexplained, was avidly interested in investigating ship and ... Length: 00:03:30

Rodin / Powell Toroid Nested Vortices Circuit

In attempting to explore the complexities of the nested vortices described by Marko Rodin and more s In attempting to explore the complexities of the nested vortices described by Marko Rodin and more specifically Randy Powell I have created this second toroid number map which is related specifically to the toroid on my previous film - an "18 x 36" toroid. Each strip here represents one nested vortice on the 18x36 toroid as discussed by Randy Powell. These 6 strips therefore becoming two further nested vortices when given numerical value. There are six complete nested vortices circuits. I have tried to aid interpretation of the numbers and their patterns by using a specific colour scheme. This is somewhat arbitrary, however I have grouped the 3,6,9s as oranges, reds. The 2,5,8's are blues, and the 1,4,7's are greens. The negative charged numbers are darker and the positive lighter. If anyone has any comments or corrections please do get in touch. I am fairly new to all this so value feedback that can help me achieve the most complete understanding - if 'complete' is the right expression. Length: 00:02:00
